Veterinary Transcriptionist for Remote Medical Records

Talkatoo is seeking a highly capable veterinary technician or equivalent to join our rapidly expanding team of veterinary transcriptionists. This role involves accurately and quickly transcribing veterinary medical records. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and strong veterinary medical knowledge. You must be comfortable with technology and able to learn and work efficiently with a variety of Practice Management Software (PMS) systems. Responsibilities include transcribing medical records, accessing various PMS to input and update information, and communicating effectively with veterinary professionals through our application. Qualifications require proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and at least one year of experience in a veterinary setting. Core competencies include a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute, very high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to clearly understand speech from a broad range of speakers, confidence in learning new technology (iOS and web-based), and the ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively as a team player. A home office in a quiet environment with a computer, keyboard, headset, strong, reliable internet connection, and an iPhone are required.
