Job Description:
Our dynamic distribution company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our client onboarding process. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the account creation process, handling documentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients. Provide clear and friendly guidance on how to create an account with our company.
Application Distribution: Send out application forms to potential clients and assist them in understanding the application process.
Documentation Verification: Carefully verify sellers' permits and other submitted documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
New Client Onboarding: Efficiently onboard new clients, ensuring they are fully informed about our services and processes.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and onboarding progress.

Requirements:
Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail, particularly in reviewing and processing documentation.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote working environment
