Virtual Assistant for Small Online Shop Operations with Basic Graphic Design Knowledge

Looking for someone who is interested in working with a small online business to help keep it running! Need assistance with daily tasks I cannot keep up with. I can provide some training and looking for someone who is interested in growing with the company, learning new things, and it helps if you are creative and understand the new mommy/ baby girl space! This is a remote position. The tasks I need help with includes the following:
Deal with Customer Service Emails, chat box, facebook messages
Contact any of the support when problems arise in the channels we use (i.e.

Contact Amazon seller support, shopify support, Etsy Support, USPS for missing mail)
Online research for business problems that come up as they come up (i.e. Ran out of barcodes, where is the best priced place to get more)
Create Invoices on Quickbooks (can train - super easy data entry)
Populate reports on excel spreadsheets by logging into various systems and getting data
Use photoshop or Canva or other software to create graphic images for website, facebook, instagram posts, mailchimp newsletters
Create stories for instagram page
Schedule Mailchimp newsletter weekly
Create blog posts of latest offers with calls to action
Create discount codes in etsy/ shopify and monitor performance
Use Pinterest to pin images from our website
Coordinate with other contractors as required (i.e. Bookkeeper asks for info - if you can find it and send - great!. Graphic designer needs images - find and send! )
Reach out to influencers/ moms/ blogs/ instagram customers to engage
Updates to the website as required (Shopify - very user friendly)
Update Amazon products where required
