We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Project Assistant to join our design studio. This remote, part-time role (approximately 10-20 hours per week) is crucial for enhancing our client communication and streamlining project coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strong written communicator, comfortable following established systems and processes, and proactive in their approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage all client communication via email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Send regular project updates, reminders, and follow-ups to clients.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project files and workflows using tools like ClickUp and Google Drive.
- Support the client onboarding process, including preparing questionnaires and setting up new client accounts.
- Provide administrative assistance with proposals, scheduling appointments, and other general office tasks.
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in adapting to and utilizing existing systems and processes.
- A proactive and reliable work ethic.
- Intermediate English proficiency in both reading and writing is essential.
Rate is R$30,00/h or 5USD. This is more execution focused to start, don't send an offer overcomplicating it.
