What it looks like to be you: - Speak English & Spanish - Hire approximately 30 - 50 employees per month - Associates Degree in Human Resources Management required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Source, qualify and conduct in-depth interviews with IT/technical candidates to ensure both a professional and cultural fit. - Build candidate pipelines on social media, job boards and other effective methods - Recommend ideas and process improvements related to recruitment that will contribute to the growth of the organization. - Recommend ways to improve our recruitment related processes - Reviews applications and screens applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position. Refers candidates to hiring managers for further interview and screening processes. - Effectively manages his or her respective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively deliver short-term and long-term business requirements. - Develops recruitment programs to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings. - Writes and places job advertising in various media. - Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs. - Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates. - Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates. - Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants. - Some travel required
