Project Overview: CRM Development with WhatsApp API, ChatGPT, Stripe, and Mobile App Integration

We are looking to develop an advanced CRM that integrates the official WhatsApp API (via Gupshup.io), ChatGPT for automated customer interactions, Stripe for payment processing, and local payment platforms. The system must be hosted on AWS for scalability and include a Super Admin dashboard for managing users, workflows, and detailed reports.

Key features include sales funnels with customizable stages, automation workflows with dynamic actions (message scheduling, triggers, tagging, etc.), And a product catalog ready for quick sharing. Additionally, the CRM will offer billing and wallet management for bulk messaging and subscription plans.

On a second phase of the project we will also require iOS and Android app versions to provide full mobile access to the CRM, including push notifications, and real-time syncing with the web platform.
Experience with cross-platform development, secure API integrations, and scalable backend architecture is essential for this project.
