Airbnb Contractor, Design & Virtual Property Manager

I have a property in Arvada, Colorado that I have set up an AirBnB for. Looking for someone to help manage guests, translate clear directives from to-do lists to cleaners/handymen/contractors, keep a coherent and tight schedule of operations occurring within the property and help with sourcing new handymen/cleaners etc. Based on specific criteria.

Want someone who is comfortable with looking at data and making logical changes to booking rules in Pricelabs so that the property is able to retain a strong balance of occupancy and reasonable price.

Also looking for someone who can keep tracking of expenses that are occurred in this operation and do some bookkeeping of it in Xero.

Ideally, looking for someone who has a practical eye for property management, resourceful computer skills (with decent typing efficiency), comfort with basic graph analysis for Pricelabs and who has good people skills to manage connecting with guests and contractors respectively.

Job is for managing one property, with opportunity to scale to multiple as we grow.

Successful candidates will need to undertake a 1 minute typing speed proficiency test and talk through how to approach a real-life problem using internet research.
