Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for BPO Contact Centres and U.S.-Based enterprises.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Monitor account performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve account performance and customer outcomes.
- Work proactively to resolve client issues and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
