We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for an ongoing role focused on item setup, product data management, and quality assurance within our e-commerce operations, specifically for apparel categories.Key Responsibilities:oCollaboration: Work closely with Buyers and Category Managers to understand market strategies and product details for new and upcoming apparel items.oCompetitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor analysis, monitoring sites such as Target, Walmart, and Kohls, to ensure our product information remains competitive and up-to-date.oItem Setup: Perform comprehensive item setup, accurately inputting product titles, descriptions, and attributes into our Retail Merchandising System (RMS) tool.oIssue Resolution: Identify and efficiently resolve any issues related to item setup, including discrepancies in product information or system errors.oProduct Audits: Execute regular product audits to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all product listings with company standards and regulatory requirements.oData Analysis: Analyze audit findings to pinpoint trends, discrepancies, and areas for continuous improvement in product data quality.oEnhancement Implementation: Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance overall product data quality and presentation across all listings.oCollaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, inventory management, and marketing, to gather necessary product details and ensure timely updates.oReporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports and scorecards on audit findings and enhancement activities, presenting insights to stakeholders across categories such as Women's Apparel, Men's, and Kids.oTraining and Mentoring: Provide training and mentorship to new team members on Product QA and Enrichment Processes.oIssue Tracking: Function on issue tracking systems to address product page concerns raised by customers or other internal teams.oDocumentation: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documents in presentation format (PPT) for internal use and training.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
