Solar Closer System is seeking a highly motivated B2B Prospecting Agent to join our remote team. This role is crucial for expanding our automated commercial infrastructure for photovoltaic installers in Spain. We automate lead qualification, rescue contracts that were about to fall through, and put after-sales on autopilot, with tickets ranging from €1,200 to €23,000. There are over 3,000 installers in Spain who need our solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on qualifying leads and booking product demonstrations, acting as the initial point of contact for potential clients. This is a commission-based role with attractive monthly recurring income, offering significant earning potential based on performance. We are targeting residential solar installers with 100+ installations, 2-6 active salespeople, and investment in Meta Ads. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify these installers, making 10-15 systematic daily contacts to secure demo appointments. You will not be responsible for closing sales or negotiating prices; your expertise lies in opening the right doors for our sales team. We are looking for individuals with experience in B2B prospecting or sales, who are comfortable with systematic daily outreach and capable of working independently with a CRM. Knowledge of the solar sector or existing industry contacts is a significant plus. This is a 100% remote position with no exclusivity, offering a commercial contract and providing CRM access, scripts, and comprehensive training from day one. Compensation includes upfront commissions and recurring monthly income for each active client. For example, successful acquisitions can lead to earnings such as €360 upfront + €20/month recurring for a Solar Calculator client, up to €1,500 upfront + €110/month recurring for a Solar Closer PRO client. Bringing in 5 Solar Closer PRO clients could result in €7,500 upfront + €550/month indefinitely.
