We’re looking for a highly motivated and professional BDC Agent to join our growing remote team. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, setting appointments, and delivering an outstanding customer experience—all while communicating fluently in both English and Spanish.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, texts, emails, and chat inquiries in both Spanish and English.
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, or confirm interest.

Maintain high contact and follow-up rates to ensure lead engagement.
