This project involves assembling a reliable remote workforce that will: Handle customer calls, chats, emails, and texts. Follow up on sales or service leads. Provide friendly, professional support to clients in both languages. Use CRM systems and call tracking tools to manage contacts and workflow. The call center team will be trained to represent our brand with consistency, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity across Spanish- and English-speaking markets. We aim to deliver a seamless customer experience that feels personal and trustworthy, regardless of language.
