Macondo Forever is an online boutique based in the U.S. That sells luxury handwoven table decor, crafted by artisan families in Colombia. As our brand grows, we want to provide exceptional customer support that reflects the warmth and elegance of our products. We use Gorgias Helpdesk to centralize all customer service channels—email, live chat, and social media—and we operate on the Shopify platform. We’re looking for a reliable bilingual agent from Colombia who understands how to manage customer conversations professionally, efficiently, and with care. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting eCommerce brands, who wants to work remotely, and is passionate about helping customers and preserving Colombian craftsmanship.
