We are a U.S.-Based eCommerce brand called Macondo Forever that sells luxury handwoven table decor made by artisans in Colombia. We are looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish) customer service agent located in Colombia with proven experience using Gorgias Helpdesk and Shopify.

This is a part-time, long-term freelance opportunity with flexible hours. Your main role will be to respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media—using Gorgias. We expect you to handle order tracking, returns, product questions, and support tickets efficiently, all while maintaining a warm and professional tone.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, a strong communicator in both languages, and already familiar with eCommerce customer support workflows.

You’ll be joining a small, passionate team, helping us provide excellent service while supporting artisan families.

Macondo Forever is an online boutique based in the U.S. That sells luxury handwoven table decor, crafted by artisan families in Colombia. As our brand grows, we want to provide exceptional customer support that reflects the warmth and elegance of our products. We use Gorgias Helpdesk to centralize all customer service channels—email, live chat, and social media—and we operate on the Shopify platform. We’re looking for a reliable bilingual agent from Colombia who understands how to manage customer conversations professionally, efficiently, and with care. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting eCommerce brands, who wants to work remotely, and is passionate about helping customers and preserving Colombian craftsmanship.
