📌 The Role
Please Note: Due to the specific developer profiles this role will be assuming on live video calls, we are strictly seeking Male Candidates Only for this position.
We are seeking a highly articulate, professional, and completely bilingual Job Caller / Interview Specialist to step into the shoes of our candidates during client meetings and interviews.
In this critical, client-facing role, you will step in once a meeting is scheduled, review the specific job description and developer profile provided, and successfully navigate the interview process acting directly as the applicant to secure the position.

📌 Key Responsibilities
• Attend scheduled remote client meetings, discovery calls, and interviews acting as the specific developer profile provided to you.
• Fluently switch between English and Spanish depending on the client’s preference and geographic location.
• Present the profile professionally, answering client queries regarding project experience, availability, and skills based strictly on the documentation provided to you.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidence, and clear communication throughout the hiring pipeline.

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Absolute Bilingual Fluency
Must speak, read, and write English and Spanish at a native or near-native level with an excellent professional vocabulary.
✔ Interview or Sales Experience
Proven experience handling corporate interviews, client-facing meetings, or high-level presentations.
✔ Tech Literacy
A solid understanding of IT and software development concepts to confidently discuss developer profiles (training on specific profiles will be provided).
✔ Professional Presence
Excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to think quickly under pressure during live video calls.

📌 Compensation & Benefits

💰 Hourly Rate: $30.00 to $60.00 USD per hour (negotiable based on your depth of experience and interview success rate).
🌍 Location: 100% Fully Remote (Work from Home).
