The role also requires conducting online research, summarizing findings into clear briefs, and coordinating projects, timelines, and communication across stakeholders. Required qualifications include proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Virtual Assistant, strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills, and excellent written communication. Experience working remotely with tools like Zoom and Google Workspace is essential. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality is paramount. The assistant will also support travel coordination and logistical planning as needed and utilize productivity and AI-assisted tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
