Additive Plus, an international company specializing in industrial additive manufacturing, is seeking a highly organized and self-driven Sales Operations & Fulfillment Specialist. This fully remote role is critical to our operational core, focusing on the entire post-sale execution cycle, transforming signed deals into successful deliveries and satisfied clients. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of results and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete post-sale cycle for equipment, materials, 3D printing services, customer samples, and finished parts.
* Monitor incoming payments and coordinate closely with the finance department to ensure timely processing.
* Handle purchasing from a global network of vendors located in the USA, Europe, and Asia.
* Organize and control all aspects of shipments, including preparing and managing necessary documentation.
* Coordinate production timelines effectively with our internal lab to meet delivery schedules.
* Work efficiently with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth international logistics.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal stages within our CRM and project management tools, including HubSpot, Trello, and Asana.
* Communicate professionally with customers to provide updates and proactively resolve any delivery-related issues.

Critical Areas of Focus:
* Preventing shipment failures by ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
* Mitigating losses by meticulously checking vendor orders and preventing mistakes.
* Ensuring continuous production by diligently following up on payments.
* Maintaining accurate CRM status to provide the sales team with clear visibility.

Who We Are Looking For:
We need a highly organized, self-driven, and disciplined individual who is comfortable managing multiple parallel processes simultaneously. You must be able to communicate professionally, work confidently with various digital tools, and consistently take ownership of your tasks and results. Proficiency in English is required.

This role is not suitable for individuals who frequently miss deadlines, have an aversion to working with numbers or documentation, or require constant step-by-step instructions.

Success in this role will be measured by:
* Accuracy of CRM data.
* On-time deliveries.
* Minimal errors in the fulfillment process.
* Fast response times to internal and external inquiries.
