We're South Harpeth Land Company, a family-run business that sells land in Florida. Buyers pay us in small monthly payments. There's no bank and no credit check. Most of our buyers are Spanish-speaking families, and owning land is a big dream for them.
Our AI assistant answers new leads first. We need a friendly, bilingual person to pick up from there. You'll warm the leads up and pass the serious buyers to our sales team.
what you'll do
- pick up new leads in
respond.io (our messaging inbox) after the AI has said hello
- Follow up by call, text, voice note, and email using our simple 3-day plan
- Answer basic questions: where the lot is, the monthly payment, how buying works
- Find out what each lead wants: their budget, when they want to buy, and what they'll use the land for
- Tag each lead and leave a short note so the salesperson knows what's going on
- Hand warm, ready-to-talk buyers to a salesperson
SCHEDULE
- 10-15 hours a week, Monday to Saturday (about 2 hours a day)
- Some hours should overlap with US Eastern business hours
PAY
- Hourly: $5-8/hr, depending on experience
- PLUS a cash bonus for every sale that comes from a lead you warmed up
- Ongoing work for the right person, with room to grow
must have
- fluent spoken and written english and spanish
- comfortable making phone calls and sending voice notes
- warm, patient, and respectful with people, including first-time buyers
- reliable internet and a quiet place to make calls
- good follow-through. Doing the follow-ups every day is the whole job.
