Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Assist with logistics-related tasks (dispatching, customer updates, follow-ups, etc.)
- Communicate professionally with U.S.-Based clients and partners
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Prior experience in a business, logistics, or high-call-volume role preferred
- Must be proactive, fast-paced, and a hard worker
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup

Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM PST

Pay:
Based on experience and performance, Bonuses possible for top performers
