Bilingual (Spanish/English) Real Estate Sales Rep — Acquisitions & Dispo — Commission Only

We are a US-based real estate investment company seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Spanish/English sales representative. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earnings, meaning if you close, you get paid. Your responsibilities will include calling property sellers for acquisitions and buyers for dispositions, quickly qualifying leads to move deals forward, and managing follow-ups while keeping the CRM clean. The ideal candidate will speak fluent Spanish and English, be confident on the phone and able to engage in conversations throughout the day, maintain a low-pressure approach, and consistently follow processes for effective follow-up. Real estate experience is a plus but not required, as we will provide training to the right person. This opportunity is for hungry and coachable professionals.
