This information is essential for connecting our payroll system. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, although the call itself will be conducted in English. You will need to verify our company's identity using provided EIN and address details. Upon successful retrieval, you will be required to report back the account numbers, the name of the agent you spoke with, and any necessary follow-up steps. Discretion in handling basic business identity information is paramount. Availability during Mountain Time business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm) this week is required. Please confirm your availability and highlight any relevant experience with U.S. Government agencies or payroll/HR administration.
