Bilingual Virtual Assistant for Long-Term Dr Beach House Rental Research

I am seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented female Virtual Assistant based in the Dominican Republic to assist with long-term house rental research. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Spanish and English and possess experience in real estate or property research. This role involves identifying suitable long-term rental properties near non-overcrowded beach towns within a specific budget range.

Key Responsibilities:
*  Conduct thorough research to identify 3-5 houses or villas available for long-term rental.
*  Ensure properties are located in beach-adjacent areas of the Dominican Republic, avoiding highly touristy or overcrowded locations.
*  Verify that properties meet specific criteria: 3+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, and preferably include a pool.
*  Contact landlords or agents to verify monthly rent in Dominican pesos (RD$) and other property details.
*  Compile comprehensive information for each property, including:
    *  Full address or specific neighborhood.
    *  Confirmed monthly rental price in Dominican pesos.
    *  Number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
    *  Detailed list of amenities (e.g., Pool, gated community, security, outdoor space).
    *  Available photos (interior and exterior).
    *  Landlord or agent contact information (phone, WhatsApp, email).
    *  Notes on local walkability, proximity to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and other essential amenities.

Deliverables:
*  A well-organized Google Sheet containing all the compiled information for each property.

Candidate Requirements:
*  Must reside in the Dominican Republic.
*  Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
*  Proven experience in real estate research, property management, or as a virtual assistant is highly preferred.
*  Exceptional reliability, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Timeline:
*  An initial test assignment will be required, with a timeline of 3-5 days from project acceptance.
*  Successful completion of the test assignment may lead to long-term engagement.
