Bilingual Virtual Assistant for Social Media, Video Editing & Marketplace Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent bilingual (English + Spanish) Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a long-term, full-time remote position focused on supporting our equipment rental and concrete company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with reliable internet and availability during CST-friendly hours.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and updating our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.
Editing short-form videos using CapCut for platforms like Reels and creating equipment demonstration content.
Designing graphics and thumbnails in Canva for both English and Spanish content.
Handling Facebook Marketplace activities, including posting new listings, updating equipment availability, and following up on leads.
Managing direct messages, comments, and Google reviews, along with performing other basic administrative tasks.

We require a candidate with proven experience in CapCut to create engaging video content that captures attention, as well as practical experience with Facebook Marketplace. Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Express for graphic design is also essential. This role is crucial for enhancing our online presence and streamlining our customer interactions.
