Bilingual Virtual Dispatcher / Customer Coordinator (En/Es)

We are a Miami-based appliance repair company seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) virtual dispatcher for a long-term ongoing project. The ideal candidate has a strong background in remote customer service or virtual assistance for US-based service businesses and is comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls and scheduling coordination.

This project requires consistent availability during US Eastern Time business hours and suits a professional looking for stable, long-term remote work with a growing American company.

Scope of Work
- Handle inbound customer calls in English and Spanish
- Book and confirm service appointments using scheduling software
- Coordinate daily schedules between customers and field technicians
- Send follow-up messages to customers after service completion
- Respond to booking inquiries via messaging platforms
- Keep accurate job records and customer notes updated in real time

Required Skills & Experience
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish — spoken and written
- Clear, neutral phone manner with strong communication skills
- Proven experience in remote customer service, virtual assistance, or dispatch for a US-based company — home services, real estate, or insurance experience is a strong advantage
- Stable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional work environment
- Available Monday–Saturday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm est without interruption
