Brazilian Lead Generation & Tele Caller Specialist for India Dmc

We are an India-based inbound destination management company seeking a highly motivated freelance professional in Brazil. This role is crucial for our market entry strategy and will involve supporting us with comprehensive market research, lead generation, and appointment setting.

The primary objective is to identify suitable Brazilian travel companies and tour operators, pinpoint key decision-makers, gather verified contact information, and initiate contact through introductory calls in Portuguese on our behalf.

Scope of work:
* Research and compile a detailed database of relevant travel companies and tour operators across Brazil.
* Identify key contacts within these organizations, such as product managers, contracting managers, owners, or other relevant decision-makers.
* Collect and verify essential contact details, including email addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, and LinkedIn profiles where available.
* Conduct professional introductory calls in Portuguese to prospective partners.
* Briefly introduce our company and the range of travel services we offer for India.
* Gauge their interest in offering India travel products to their clients.
* Facilitate and schedule meetings for our team's upcoming visit to Brazil in September.
* Maintain all collected information meticulously in a structured spreadsheet, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility.

Ideal candidate profile:
* Must be a native Portuguese speaker based in Brazil.
* Possess strong English communication skills for internal coordination.
* Proven experience in lead generation, telecalling, sales support, market research, or appointment setting is essential.
* Demonstrates a professional and confident demeanor on phone calls.
* Prior experience within the travel industry will be considered a significant advantage.
