Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in New Zealand and setting up appointments with our sales team.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients in New Zealand and introduce our services
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and detailed information
Provide feedback and suggestions to the sales team to help improve the lead generation process

Requirements:
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace
