Compliance Support

We are seeking a Compliance Support professional to lead regulatory operations across a dynamic group of crypto and financial technology businesses, encompassing digital assets, fund-like products, custodial and non-custodial infrastructure, and payments. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of U.S. Regulatory frameworks, including Fincen, sec, cftc, and state-level money transmitter licensing, coupled with 3–7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal, or risk management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or fund operations. You will be responsible for managing compliance for registrations such as FinCEN Money Services Business (msb), state money transmitter licenses, sec exemptions (reg d, reg a+), and cftc fund obligations (cpo/cta). The role involves creating and updating compliance policies and documentation (aml, kyc, operational controls), refining kyc/aml processes, including customer due diligence and transaction monitoring, and tracking regulatory changes both in the u.S. And globally. You will collaborate closely with operations, product, legal, and tech teams to design and implement compliant processes, often from scratch, and engage with external counsel, regulators, and financial institutions as needed. A key component of the role is leveraging AI tools to enhance monitoring, alerts, and documentation processes. Candidates must be clear, concise communicators with excellent documentation skills, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal fluency). Experience with ai or setting up ai agents to automate compliance workflows is a significant advantage.
