Job Title: E-commerce Customer Service Agent
Schedule: PST hours

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email/chat within 10 minutes during working hours.
Process refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and address verifications.
Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate complex cases when needed.
Requirements:

Experience in e-commerce customer service (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Zendesk).
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
Schedule: Must work PST hours.
