đź’° $800-1000 USD per month
⏲ Full-time. Working between 8AM-5PM CST (Central standard time). Your shift will likely be through the weekend.
đź’ˇ Long-term Hire (this is not a short-term project)

Responsibilities:
-Support cleaners with scheduling, check-ins, and job coordination
-Answer questions via text / phone call from customers about their bookings, scheduling, and service
-Handle bookings with urgency, care, and extreme attention to detail
-Ensure seamless communication and hand-offs with customers and cleaners through email, phone, or text
-Execute daily, routine tasks that support the operations of the businesses
-Collaborate with the Founders on strategic initiatives to help drive the company forward

Skills Requirements:
-Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English
-Detail-obsessed—you notice everything, down to the smallest typo
-An exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing
-Quick on the keyboard, even while on the phone
-Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
