The Opportunity
We're seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Customer Success Assistant to become the backbone of our client onboarding process. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our trading algorithm clients have a flawless setup experience before their first interaction with our Customer Success Managers.

What You'll Do
Pre-Onboarding Excellence:

Process and organize client onboarding documentation with precision
Configure client VPS environments and NinjaTrader platforms
Upload and deploy algorithm files and configuration settings
Validate trading account connections and system functionality
Create turnkey solutions that exceed client expectations

Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless handoffs
Maintain detailed documentation of all setup procedures
Follow established protocols to guarantee consistent, high-quality results

What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:

Reliable high-speed internet and professional workspace setup
Strong technical aptitude with eagerness to master new platforms
Exceptional attention to detail and process adherence
Excellent written communication skills
Self-motivated with strong time management abilities

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with trading platforms or financial technology
Previous experience with NinjaTrader or similar trading software
Background in technical support or system administration
