Hi!

We're looking for customer support for our SaaS and we'd like to hire a person for a long-term job.

Here are the skills that we consider:

- Good writing in English
- Pay attention to details
- Being tech savvy (not a lot but at least basic stuff)

The Job is for the long term, we're growing and there is a possibility to be Head of Customer Service in the future if we see a committed person as we require multiple people for our Customer Service Department.
