Objective:

Scope of work :

1. Data collection : Gather data from various sources including paper documents, PDF or digital data base.
2. Data Entry : input data into the designated format (e.g Excel, Google sheet or a data base)
3. Data verification: Review and verify the accuracy of the entered data from the original source.
4. Data formatting: Ensure that the data is formatted correctly for consistency and readability.
5. Reporting : provide periodic updates on progress and any issues encountered during data entry.

-Microsoft Excel or Google sheet
- Data entry software (if applicable)
- PDF to word conversation tool ( if necessary)
