Dedicated Sales Representative for Us Moving Company - Remote

We are a US-based moving company seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. Moving can be a stressful experience for customers, so we require a calm, confident, and empathetic individual who can guide them through our services, provide accurate cost estimates, and set clear expectations. The primary mode of communication will be over the phone, supplemented by email and web chat support.

Scope of Work:
- Efficiently handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
- Utilize effective discovery questions to understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable service tier.
- Generate accurate quotes and diligently follow up with prospects to secure booking dates.
- Maintain meticulous records and update customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure seamless service handoffs.

What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional English communication skills are paramount. Native or near-native fluency with a clear, neutral accent is essential for this phone-based role.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not strictly required. We value a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn above extensive experience.
- A naturally warm and trustworthy demeanor on the phone, capable of building rapport quickly.
- A methodical, well-organized individual comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Availability to work during US business hours, specifically Pacific Time, is required.

This is an ongoing collaboration requiring consistent weekly availability. A short, paid onboarding period will be provided to familiarize the selected candidate with our specific processes and systems.
