We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team and support the agency owner. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in digital marketing and sales within an SMMA (Social Media Marketing Agency) environment. We provide ongoing training and systems to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize client results.
Conducting thorough keyword research and tracking ad performance.
Performing cold calls to local auto repair shops using provided scripts and training to generate leads and appointments.
Accurately updating leads, notes, and client interactions within our CRM system.
Handling light administrative tasks such as email follow-ups and scheduling.
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
Comfortable and confident in making outbound calls using a dialer or VOIP system.
Basic understanding of Google Ads is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable headset.
We are looking for a self-motivated, consistent individual eager to learn and grow with our agency.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Prior experience in digital marketing or SMMA work.
A background in sales or appointment setting.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or CallRail.
