We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and nurture insurance leads generated from social media platforms. The primary goal of this role is to qualify leads and schedule brief phone call appointments for our sales team to discuss insurance options. The va will be responsible for outreach using multiple communication channels including phone calls, sms, and email. Key responsibilities include: Initiating contact with provided leads through phone calls, text messages, and professional emails. Engaging leads in a friendly and professional manner to assess their interest and suitability. Clearly communicating the purpose of the follow-up and the value of a brief consultation. Efficiently scheduling appointments directly into our calendar system. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and appointment statuses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport, and experience in lead nurturing or appointment setting. Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus but not strictly required. This is an ongoing hourly position requiring consistent effort to convert leads into scheduled appointments.
