We are seeking a proactive Delivery Consultant to support our US legal recruitment operations. This is a permanent, hybrid position, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
•    Research and identify legal job openings in the US market, utilising market leading technology, prioritising client vacancies and busy practice areas.
•    Monitoring live data via our technology for new positions and sending a tailored list to the U.S. Manager who is based in London
•    Tracking active searches for star candidates that the recruitment team have outlined
•    Proactively source potential candidates utilizing Firm Prospect’s sourcing tool and sending InMail messages via LinkedIn.
•    Manage responses from candidates while team is offline.
•    Schedule calls for senior members of the team.
•    Take calls when senior members are unavailable or offline (once properly trained)
•    Add candidates to the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and send to the recruitment team.
•    Maintain accurate and organised candidate records within TalentRover.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
•    Strong written communication skills.
•    Personable and professional approach when engaging with candidates.
•    Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
•    Fast learner with a strong attention to detail.
•    Ability to follow instructions and adhere to processes.
Desirable:
•    Previous experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or candidate generation.
•    Basic understanding of the US legal market and law firm structures.
