We are a law firm seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Talent Sourcer to support our hiring efforts. The Talent Sourcer will play a key role in screening and shortlisting candidates to ensure our recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Identify qualified candidates on job boards, freelancing platforms, and social media.
- Review resumes and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Conduct initial screening to filter for skills, experience, and English/Spanish proficiency (if applicable).
- Provide shortlists of vetted candidates to the hiring manager.
- Communicate with candidates via email or messaging to clarify details when needed.
- Support the recruitment team with scheduling and coordination as required.

Qualifications:

- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR support (remote or agency experience a plus).
- Strong research and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
