Develop and Deploy an Ai-Driven Personal Assistant for Website

I am seeking a full-cycle solution for an AI-driven personal assistant to be integrated into my existing website. The assistant should be capable of greeting visitors, answering their questions, and performing simple tasks such as booking calls, collecting feedback, and guiding users to relevant pages or documents. The project encompasses conversation design through to live deployment.

Key requirements for the solution and proposal include:

*  A natural and friendly dialogue flow, powered by modern Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks such as OpenAI, Dialogflow CX, Rasa, or a comparable alternative.
*  A web-based widget or embedded chat panel designed to seamlessly integrate with my current website stack, which is built on React and Node.
*  Implementation of secure webhook or REST endpoints to enable the bot to trigger server-side actions and log all interactions within my existing database.
*  A user-friendly method for updating the knowledge base, with preferences for formats like Markdown, Google Sheet, or JSON, without requiring code redeployment.
*  Integration of analytics capabilities to track usage, fallback rates, and user sentiment, facilitating iterative improvements to the AI model.
*  Comprehensive deployment instructions, with a preference for Docker or serverless architectures, and well-documented source code managed in Git.

Acceptance criteria for the project are as follows:

*  The AI assistant must reliably recognize at least 90% of the test intents provided.
*  All text responses generated by the assistant must render correctly across both desktop and mobile web interfaces.
*  The solution must adhere to security best practices, avoiding hard-coded secrets and exclusively utilizing environment variables and HTTPS.
*  A handover protocol to human support, via an email form, must be triggered automatically when the AI's confidence in its response is low.

Proposals should outline the intended framework, showcase any prior chatbot or AI-assistant work, and provide an estimated timeline for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and subsequent refinement rounds.
