User & Role Management — residents, administrators, security and service providers.
Billing & Payments — automated monthly/special bills, payment processing, receipts and payment history.
Financial Management — condominium budgets, expenses, arrears, reserve funds and reports.
Maintenance — preventive schedules, work orders, requests and reminders.
Access & Security — gatekeeper, visitors, QR authorization and vehicle registration.
Communication — announcements, notifications and resident/admin chat.
Facility Booking — reservations and management of common areas.
Referral Programme — refer & earn with tracking and rewards.
Reports & Dashboards — financial, operational and management KPIs.
Subscriptions — Basic, Professional and Premium plans.
Super Admin — centralized management of condominiums, users, subscriptions, payments and platform performance.
Critical Architecture

The platform must be multi-tenant SaaS, allowing multiple condominiums to operate independently while sharing the same technology infrastructure, with strict data isolation.

Technology

Responsive web application, secure API, cloud infrastructure, encrypted data, role-based access, automated backups and scalable architecture.

The system should be designed for future integration with Angolan banks/payment gateways, SMS, accounting systems and access-control technologies.
