We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Customer Success & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, managing processes, and supporting operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for our clients by maintaining communication, tracking project progress, and handling administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities include: Communicate with clients via email, chat, and/or calls (English & Spanish).
Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure timely progress. Track and update project statuses within our internal systems/platform. Provide customer support and resolve inquiries in a professional manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Perform administrative and operational tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Identify process improvements and proactively suggest solutions.
