Digital Marketing & Operations Manager for Premium Consulting Business

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing & Operations Manager to join Marco Polo Group, a premium consulting business. This long-term role is ideal for a high-caliber professional looking to contribute to a high-end U.S. Consulting business focused on advising CEOs to increase profit and valuation. While based in Latin America (Colombia preferred), you will be an integral part of our team, supporting marketing execution, analytics, operations, and client-facing workflows. English fluency in writing and reading and speaking a must.

This position combines expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, data analysis, and operational support. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their capabilities and commit to a long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Build e mail lists of targeted segments via our scraping tools, Navigator etc.
Manage and schedule email marketing campaigns using GHL.
Build automations, tags, and workflows in CRM and email platforms.
Support LinkedIn posting, outreach, and engagement strategies.
Assist with A/B testing and lead generation campaigns.
Upload, clean, and manage leads within our CRM system.
Maintain email list health and segmentation for optimal performance.
Track key performance indicators including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Create comprehensive weekly and monthly analytics reports.
Prepare insightful dashboards using tools like Google Sheets, Data Studio, or equivalent.
Identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Assist in preparing CEO  templates.
Support the preparation and execution of webinar and Zoom events.
Coordinate scheduling for U.S.-Based CEOs.
Help optimize internal processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct brief research tasks as required to support strategic initiatives.
