ComfyIQ, a therapeutic pillow brand, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to manage daily execution and drive growth. We are scaling our e-commerce business from $2M to $3.5M revenue across multiple channels including Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and B2B SaaS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee full P&L visibility and manage daily operations across all e-commerce platforms: Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Google Merchant, and Walmart.
* Lead and manage critical projects, including a Shopify site relaunch, Amazon ppc optimization initiatives, seo content migration, and the implementation of a gohighlevel saas platform for b2b doctors.
* Coordinate and manage an international team of contractors located in the Philippines, Peru, India, and the US.
* Actively manage and leverage our suite of AI tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Kling, and Suno, to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct sprint planning, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely weekly reporting.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience managing e-commerce operations, with a strong focus on Amazon and Shopify platforms.
* Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI tools, utilizing them for problem-solving and development rather than just conversational use.
* Proficiency with various project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms.
* Fluent English communication skills are essential.
* Ability to work effectively during Eastern Time hours.
