E-commerce Virtual Assistant

We are an Online retailing Company having multiple brands on Amazon across different regions.
We currently need team members in our Procurement & Shipping team. Mandarin is preferred. Freshers can apply as we give proper training & user guides to all of them.

Looking for Virtual Assistants who has the following skills:
– Good with excel
– High attention to details
– Have knowledge of product sourcing from chinese websites
– Self learner & able to follow user guides
– Meet deadlines
– Proactive & willing to go the extra mile

Job Responsibility:
– Data Entry & basic admin tasks
– Coordinating with other teams
– No need of any experience as training and guidance will be provided.
