We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations/Chief of Staff to be the execution engine for two rapidly growing eCommerce brands: American Luxury Gifts and Burn-FIX. This pivotal role involves transforming the Founder's strategic visions into tangible outcomes, fostering team accountability, and developing robust operational systems to support multi-channel expansion across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and wholesale.
As the Founder's Closer and Integrator, you will be responsible for capturing key decisions, translating strategic intent into clear, actionable projects, and managing the daily and weekly operational cadence. Your primary goal is to ensure that every commitment across both brands is delivered punctually. You will act as a shield for the Founder, filtering out distractions, maintaining a healthy idea pipeline, and providing concise daily and weekly reports without prompting.
This role also functions as the central accountability hub for the entire team. You will own the master project tracker, conduct execution reviews, proactively escalate any blockers, and ensure that every task has a clear owner, deadline, and definition of 'done'. You will be instrumental in keeping critical functions such as PPC, asset management, catalog, finance, and fulfillment aligned and unblocked, serving as the first point of contact for operational challenges before they reach the Founder.
Furthermore, you will be a dedicated systems builder. This includes creating comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), structuring and optimizing project management tools like
Monday.com or ClickUp, refining workflows, implementing light automations, and systematically eliminating operational inefficiencies. You will independently manage the Burn-FIX execution plan, ensuring its ambitious 10X growth target is consistently prioritized and achieved.
Candidates must possess proven eCommerce operations experience, native-level English fluency, and strong mastery of project management systems. We require a highly accountable individual with a finisher mindset, who is personable, articulate, commercially aware, and capable of respectfully challenging decisions, including those made by the Founder. Strong AI fluency is also a key expectation for this role.
This is a performance-based partnership designed for a self-activated operator who excels at closing loops, completing projects, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
