Our company operates a mobile dog grooming service in the Bay Area, California, and we are looking for a proactive individual to help us reactivate past interest and convert dormant leads into active customers. The primary responsibilities will include contacting previous clients who have not used our services recently, following up on leads that did not convert, understanding their needs, addressing any concerns, and scheduling new appointments.
