Experienced Appointment Setter for Online Fitness Coaching (Women's Niche)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our online fitness coaching business. Our niche focuses on empowering women, especially new mothers, to achieve fat loss, body toning, and regain confidence after pregnancy. This is a crucial role in our sales process, responsible for qualifying leads and booking calls for our high-ticket coaching program (valued at $1000+).

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to Instagram DMs and other inbound leads.
Qualify prospects thoroughly based on their budget, fitness goals, and commitment level to ensure they are a good fit for our program.
Efficiently book discovery calls for our coaching team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or appointment setting, with a strong preference for high-ticket programs.
Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport quickly.
Ability to follow established sales scripts while also adapting naturally to individual conversations.

Compensation:

This is a performance-based role, with compensation tied to the number of qualified calls booked and/or commission per sale achieved.

Goal:

The primary goal is to significantly increase our show-up rate for booked calls and ensure that only highly qualified leads are passed on to the coaching team, optimizing our sales funnel.
