Project Description:
We are a growing online beauty products store looking for a reliable, empathetic, and professional Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our customer support team. If you have experience in e-commerce customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and handle inbound calls regarding general inquiries, order status, tracking, and product information.

Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints or refund/return requests with patience and professionalism.

Keep internal tracking logs updated and coordinate with the team regarding pending customer tasks.

Maintain clear and fluid internal communication with the team.

Requirements & Technical Setup:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a call center or customer support role (E-commerce experience is highly preferred).

Languages: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (excellent verbal and written communication skills in both are mandatory).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (utc-7). Punctuality and full commitment to this schedule are required.

Work Environment: A quiet workspace, a reliable computer, a high-quality headset, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Shopify (Order management)

Reamaze (Helpdesk & communication CRM)

Google Sheets (Data tracking)

ClickUp (Project and task management)

Slack (Internal team communication)

Hubstaff (Time tracking and productivity monitor)

Compensation & Contract:
Rate: $7.00 USD per hour.

Contract: A formal service agreement/contract must be signed before starting the project.
