Experienced Bilingual Cold Caller for Residential Real Estate - Us Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced cold caller to join our team, focusing on residential real estate. The primary responsibility will be to conduct 300-400 calls daily, engaging potential clients and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills and a strong ability to connect with people. While a script will be provided, the freelancer will also be expected to develop and refine their own scripts to maximize effectiveness.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Wednesday: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm (3 hours)
- friday to saturday: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm (3 hours)

key requirements:
- proven experience in cold calling, preferably with a background in calling us businesses.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls.
- Strong communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.

This is an ongoing hourly position for a dedicated professional looking to contribute to our real estate lead generation efforts.
