Va Leasing Agent & Tenant Relations Coordinator for South Florida & Tampa Bay Management company

The Property Management Doctor (TPMD), a boutique firm, is seeking a highly reliable and sales-oriented professional to join our South Florida and Tampa Bay teams as a Leasing Agent & Tenant Relations Coordinator. This role will serve as the primary contact for both prospective and current tenants, ensuring a smooth and efficient tenant lifecycle. Responsibilities include: Managing all inbound leasing inquiries and coordinating property showings for potential tenants. Overseeing the complete tenant lifecycle, from initial screening and onboarding to ongoing relations and lease renewals. Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of property management experience. Full fluency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for effective communication with our diverse tenant base. Proficiency in industry-specific software such as AppFolio and GoHighLevel is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
