We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of obgyn workflows and hipaa compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Services:

1. Patient Appointment Management: Efficiently manage patient appointments, including scheduling, sending reminders, and handling rescheduling to optimize practice efficiency.
2. Patient Communication & Intake: Professionally handle patient calls, emails, and messages. Collect necessary intake information and forms, ensuring a smooth patient onboarding process.
3. Medical Records Management: Maintain organized and HIPAA-compliant patient records, ensuring accurate documentation and easy retrieval when needed.
4. Insurance Verification & Billing Support: Verify patient insurance coverage, assist with claim submissions, and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure financial efficiency.
5. Medical Transcription & Documentation: Transcribe medical notes, prepare essential documentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping for comprehensive patient care.
6. Prescription Refill Coordination: Manage and coordinate prescription refill requests.

Additional Requirements:

*  Must have prior U.S. Medical experience.
*  Ability to manage clinic operations and executive duties, acting as a proactive 'right hand' rather than just executing tasks.
*  Profound understanding of OBGYN workflows, lab results interpretation, and healthcare compliance standards.
*  Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for effective patient communication.
