We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Specialist to centralize communication with guests, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring continuous, efficient, and empathetic 24/7 support.
This is a remote, full-time, rotating-shift position (6-hour shifts covering 24/7 operations).

Main Responsibilities
Respond to messages via business messaging platforms, booking systems, email, and phone.
Resolve guest-related incidents (access, payments, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance).
Prepare daily reports (check-ins, check-outs, housekeeping).
Log incidents accurately in internal systems.
Communicate proactively with Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
Provide a detailed end-of-shift report.

Mandatory Requirements
Residence in LATAM.
Immediate, full-time availability for rotating shifts.
Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or remote support.
Native Spanish + advanced conversational English (mandatory).
Strong command of digital tools (email, spreadsheets, internal systems like Mews/Keibell or similar).
Own equipment + stable internet connection.
Excellent self-management, accountability, and communication.

Salary
The compensation structure is:
🔹 usd 5 per hour (all day shifts)
🔹 usd 6 per hour only when the assigned shift is a night shift

important:
➡ we do not accept candidates proposing 6 usd as their base rate.
➡ To be considered, candidates must accept 5 USD/hour as the primary rate.
