We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced cold caller to join our real estate team. The primary responsibility will be to contact homeowner leads provided by us to identify potential sellers and schedule appointments for in-person meetings. This role is crucial for our lead generation efforts and requires excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to a list of provided homeowner leads.
- Accurately confirm that you are speaking with the correct property owner.
- Engage homeowners in conversation to ascertain their interest in selling their property.
- Successfully schedule a specific date and time for an in-person meeting between the homeowner and our real estate professional.
- Maintain clear and concise records of all interactions and scheduled appointments.
We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and possesses strong persuasive abilities. A performance-based bonus will be provided for every successful deal closed from the appointments you schedule, in addition to the hourly rate. This is an ongoing opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute significantly to our sales pipeline.
Experience in Real Estate is a plus. Cold caller must have advanced english for this position. I am offering to compensate the cold caller with very attractive bonuses for deals we close together. The cold caller would be calling homeowners in Florida, USA.
